Product Introduction:
The LB01 series emulsions are anionic, thermally crosslinking polymer dispersions prepared via emulsion polymerization using styrene, acrylates, and acrylic acid as the primary raw materials. They are suitable for applications in textile coatings, such as umbrella fabrics, where they enhance hand feel, water resistance, mechanical strength, structural integrity, and chemical resistance.

● Environmentally friendly product, free of APEOs, NPEOs, and other such substances;
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and processability, with no sticking to the rollers;
● Imparts excellent softness and water-repellent properties to the fabric;
● Exhibits excellent spreading and wetting performance on the substrate;
●VOC levels meet national or industry standards.

Technical Indicators

■ Packaging and Storage and Transportation:
● Packaging: Customized according to customer requirements: 200 kg/drum (small-mouth drum), 1,000 kg/IBC tank, container flexible intermediate bulk container, or tank truck.
● Storage: This product should be stored in a clean, cool place. During storage and transportation, protect it from sunlight and freezing, and ensure that the packaging remains tightly sealed at all times. The recommended storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C.
