Product Introduction:

The LA04 series latex is an anionic thermally crosslinkable polymer dispersion prepared via emulsion polymerization, using butadiene, styrene, and acrylic acid as the primary raw materials. Suitable for the production and application of regenerated leather materials.

Features and Applications

● Environmentally friendly product, does not contain APEO 、 NPEO Wait;

● Does not burn the skin ；

● It exhibits excellent mechanical stability and processability, with no sticking to or clogging of the screen. ；

● Imparts excellent softness and stiffness to the leather. ；

● Compared with conventional carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, it exhibits exceptionally excellent adhesion. Good compatibility with demulsifiers , extremely faint odor ；

● VOC meets national or industry standards. 。

Packaging and Storage and Transportation:

● Packaging: Customized according to customer requirements: 1,000 kg/drum (IBC tote), flexible intermediate bulk container, or tank truck.

● Storage: This product should be stored in a clean, cool place. During storage and transportation, protect it from sunlight and freezing, and ensure that the packaging remains tightly sealed at all times. The recommended storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C.

Shelf life: Six months.
