Following a rigorous process involving enterprise application, county (city, district) confirmation, municipal data management department review, comprehensive expert evaluation, meeting deliberation, and public announcement, Liangjingjing has been successfully selected as a Fujian Provincial Digital-Intelligent Benchmark Enterprise and included in the Fujian Provincial Data Enterprise Cultivation Pool.

This selection represents authoritative recognition of the company's digital-intelligent development by the competent authorities and marks an important milestone on our digital transformation journey.

01 What Is a Digital-Intelligent Benchmark Enterprise?

Fujian Province is accelerating the construction of a three-tier cultivation system for data enterprises: Seed Data Enterprises – Innovative Data Enterprises – Benchmark Data Enterprises. This system comprehensively evaluates enterprises' data capabilities across six dimensions: data resources, data technology, data services, data applications, data security, and data infrastructure.

Among these, a Digital-Intelligent Benchmark Enterprise represents an enterprise that has developed demonstrable and replicable practices in data element application and digital-intelligent transformation, serving as a model tier within the provincial data enterprise cultivation system. A total of 193 enterprises were included in this batch of the Fujian Provincial Data Enterprise Cultivation Pool (245 entries by type). Inclusion requires multi-level review and comprehensive expert evaluation, constituting a holistic recognition of an enterprise's data resources, technical capabilities, tool deployment, and business outcomes.

02 Liangjingjing's Digital-Intelligent Practices

Fujian Liangjingjing Technology Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company operates two major production bases in Shaowu, Fujian, and Qinzhou, Guangxi. Its core business covers functional emulsion materials such as lithium battery binders (SBR/PAA) and styrene-butadiene latex, with the mission of "being a catalyst for change in the emulsion industry."

To enhance product consistency, ensure production safety, and optimize operational efficiency, the company has been steadily advancing information system deployment and data application across key areas including production control, quality inspection, safety and environmental protection, and business management.

(1) DCS Distributed Control + One-Click Startup: Embedding Optimal Processes into the System. The company has built a DCS system and developed a dedicated operation navigation module, standardizing long-validated optimal production processes into standard workflows and implementing automatic interlocking mechanisms. After operators confirm batch information and initiate a one-click startup, the system automatically completes the entire process—from raw material feeding and temperature regulation to reaction duration control—preventing manual operational deviations at the source and ensuring process consistency across every batch.

(2) Process Alarm Optimization Management System: Reducing Unplanned Downtime. The company has deployed a process production alarm optimization management system that mines alarm chains through association rules to quickly locate the fault source of alarm-triggering equipment. Based on alarm frequency and correlation, it identifies nuisance alarms, intelligently suppresses alarm flooding, reduces alarm fatigue, ensures critical alarms are not overwhelmed, and effectively enhances production safety and operational efficiency.

(3) High-Precision Testing and R&D Platform: Making Data Quantifiable and Traceable. On the R&D side, the company has established a gradient flexible pilot platform equipped with 10L/30L/40L fully automated reactors and rotary evaporators to support multi-system formulation development. On the testing side, it is equipped with high-precision instruments such as GC-MS, HPLC, high-shear viscometers, and laser particle size analyzers to precisely characterize organic compositions, substance content, product viscosity, and micron-level particle size distribution, providing data foundations for process optimization and quality assessment.

(4) Digital-Intelligent Safety and Environmental Protection: Making On-Site Conditions and Emissions Visible. The company has deployed a personnel positioning system to track real-time locations and movement trajectories of personnel on site, set up electronic fences to alert unauthorized entry into hazardous areas, and support trajectory playback and one-click SOS. Daily online collection of water quality indicators such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and pH is conducted and connected to the regulatory platform. Hazardous waste in-and-out storage is managed through procedural ledger records, supported by regular calibration of monitoring instruments and meters, achieving full-process traceability of environmental emission responsibilities.

(5) Integrated Business Management: Connecting Production, Supply, Sales, and Finance Data. The company has launched the Kingdee AI Star system to connect the entire production-supply-sales-finance chain, enabling unified management of materials, funds, and order resources with centralized visibility of business data. Leveraging the Weaver E10 collaborative office platform, processes including approval workflows, document control, archive management, and knowledge accumulation have been digitalized.

From the production frontline to the business back office, Liangjingjing's digital-intelligent transformation is not confined to reports and office systems—it makes the production process of every batch of binders visible, controllable, and traceable.
