Gather Strength in Autumn, Forge Ahead Hand in Hand | Liangjingjing 2026 Second-Half Team Building Successfully Concluded

To strengthen team cohesion and improve new employees' communication, collaboration, execution and adaptability, the 2026 second-half Yunlingshan team-building activity of Fujian Liangjingjing Technology Co., Ltd. has come to a successful end. Open to newly recruited staff, this activity invited participants to step away from their work posts and head to Yunlingshan Scenic Area. Amid green mountains and lush woods, they unleashed their energy and cooperated side by side.

At 9 a.m., all participants gathered at the company and boarded chartered buses to Yunlingshan Scenic Area. They then took sightseeing shuttles to the team-building venue in Sports Town.

Led by professional instructors, the team-building activity officially kicked off. With warm-up ice-breaking games and team formation, everyone brainstormed to decide team names, slogans and formations. The atmosphere quickly turned lively.

After a break, the group headed to Yuntianzhai to enjoy authentic local farmhouse cuisine. Surrounded by autumn mountain scenery, the participants chatted freely with one another.

The afternoon team challenges were full of highlights! The three-legged race required synchronized steps to test mutual tacit understanding; the pipe ball game united everyone’s efforts and boosted team morale; the drum-tapping activity demanded rhythm control, letting everyone experience the power of teamwork.

Through a series of team-building activities, participants learned to coordinate and cooperate during the games, deepening mutual trust. At the end of the event, all staff took a group photo to freeze this precious moment belonging to us. Games have an end, yet collaboration knows no bounds.

This team building helped everyone step away from busy work pressure. New colleagues broke down barriers and built greater trust through collaborative challenges, fully demonstrating the vitality and cohesion of Liangjingjing people.
