From November 18 to 20, 2025, the Gaogong Lithium Battery Annual Conference was successfully held. Zeng Weijie, Chairman of Liangjingjing New Materials, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech on the morning of the 20th titled “Development and Application of a Novel SBR with High Peel Strength and Low Impedance,” sharing the company’s technological breakthroughs and practical achievements in the field of lithium‑battery anode binders.
Chairman Zeng Weijie pointed out that, as a core material for lithium‑ion batteries, SBR’s key performance attributes include high peel strength and low impedance. Addressing the industry’s common pain points, Liangjingjing New Materials has achieved a significant leap in SBR performance by incorporating specialized functional monomers and optimizing its manufacturing process. Not only can it precisely control high viscosities ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 mPa·s, thereby reducing CMC dosage and lowering costs, but its large‑particle‑size SBR has also been jointly developed with leading lithium‑ion battery manufacturers, driving the advancement of high‑rate‑capability batteries.
Currently, the company’s new SBR formulation significantly outperforms conventional products across multiple key performance metrics and has been validated by leading industry players. Leveraging its production facilities in Fujian and Guangxi, as well as a jointly established testing platform with Central South University, Liangjingjing New Materials is providing robust support to the lithium‑ion battery industry through stable production capacity and continuous technological innovation.
