　　Fujian Liangjingjing New Materials Co., Ltd. is located at the Xingling Platform, Phase III of the Jintang Industrial Park in Shaowu City, Fujian Province, covering approximately 200 mu of land, with a first-phase investment of RMB 133 million. The company is a modern, high-tech enterprise that integrates research and development, production, sales, and services in coating additives, finishing agents, surfactants, polyurethane resins, and other chemical products. In its first phase, the company has designed an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of acrylic resin, 50,000 tons of acrylic emulsion, and 100,000 tons of styrene‑butadiene latex. Currently, it is planning and designing a second phase with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of acrylic emulsion, 150,000 tons of styrene‑butadiene latex, 100,000 tons of polyurethane resin, and 30,000 tons of surfactants. Upon full completion and commissioning, the company’s total production capacity will exceed 500,000 tons per year.
