Fertile Red Soil Nurtures Our Original Aspiration; Passing the Torch, We Embrace Our Mission. To carry forward the red spirit, enhance team cohesion, and strengthen the sense of responsibility and commitment among Liangjingjing’s core members, from December 31, 2025, to January 2, 2026, Liangjingjing organized middle and senior managers and outstanding employee representatives from various departments for a team-building trip to the red holy land—Ruijin, Jiangxi. Themed “Inheriting the Red Spirit, Uniting Team Strength (Second Stop)—Ruijin Red Team-Building Journey,” the activity allowed participants to reflect on their original aspirations through immersion in history and to strengthen unity through collaborative exchange.

1. Bidding Farewell to the Old Year, Setting Sail with Our Original Aspiration

At 17:00 on December 31, 2025, the team-building kick-off meeting was held promptly. General Manager Zeng Junfeng delivered the opening address and summarized the company’s work in 2025. Subsequently, Chairman Zeng Weijie delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of team cohesion for Liangjingjing’s development. He encouraged all participants to use this team-building opportunity to inherit the red legacy, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and jointly embark on a new journey for Liangjingjing’s growth. His resounding words laid a solid ideological foundation for this red-themed team-building experience.

2. Following the Red Footsteps, Understanding the Power of Our Original Aspiration

The journey along the red trail officially commenced in the morning light. All members, with deep reverence, visited historical landmarks including the Central Revolutionary Base History Museum, the Ruijin Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall, the Red Well, the Second National Soviet Congress Site, and the Yeping Revolutionary Site Complex.

(1) Central Revolutionary Base History Museum

The first stop was the Central Revolutionary Base History Museum, hailed as the "Cradle of the People's Republic." Through its extensive collection of historical artifacts and documents, it unfolds the grand narrative of the Central Revolutionary Base. Everyone slowed their pace, pausing to gaze at each precious exhibit—from the rusted firearms used by revolutionary pioneers in their charges and the oil lamps that lit their late-night work in the cold, to yellowed manuscripts, wartime maps marked with battle routes, and exhibition zones vividly recreating the production and daily life of soldiers and civilians. Detailed historical materials and guided narration together painted a clear picture of the pioneers’ unwavering faith and tenacious struggle under arduous conditions. Immersed in this experience, the members listened intently, gaining a profound appreciation for the hard-won nature of the revolutionary victory.

(2) Ruijin Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall

After the historical immersion of the museum, the group proceeded to the Ruijin Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall with an even more solemn reverence. Upon entering the grounds, a profoundly austere atmosphere immediately surrounded them. Guided by the docent, everyone moved through the exhibition areas, listening intently to the heroic stories of each martyr: young soldiers who charged forward and fell on the battlefield, underground operatives who worked undercover to deliver intelligence, and grassroots revolutionaries who served diligently in the Soviet zones. The densely inscribed names on the Martyrs' Wall and the personal artifacts on display made each hero's legacy feel immediate and palpable. Standing in quiet reflection within the hall, the participants paid deep tribute to those who gave their lives for the revolutionary cause, experiencing a powerful emotional awakening and a transformative renewal of spirit.

(3) The Red Well

The group then arrived at the Red Well. The red slogan, "When you drink the water, remember those who dug the well; always cherish the memory of Chairman Mao," shone brightly in the sunlight, and the well's greenstone rim had been worn smooth and glossy by time. The docent recounted in detail the hardships of Shazhouba in those days, where "three days without rain meant no water to wash a handkerchief," and the moving story of how Chairman Mao, upon seeing the people's struggle for drinking water, personally led soldiers and locals in digging the Red Well to solve this vital problem. Deeply moved by this history, everyone bent down to taste the clear, sweet water from the well. With each sip, it was not just the cool spring that nourished them; it offered a direct, tangible experience of the profound, inseparable bond—like that between fish and water—that connected the revolutionary pioneers with the masses. This moment led to a deeper understanding of the true meaning behind the original aspiration: "Serve the People."

(4) Site of the Second National Soviet Congress

Following the footsteps of history, the group then entered the site of the Second National Soviet Congress. Inside the building of grey bricks and tiles, a restored conference scene vividly recreated the solemn moment of that era — neatly arranged wooden chairs and revolutionary slogans hanging on the walls seemed to instantly transport everyone back to the venue of the Second National Congress of the Chinese Soviet Republic. Through the guide's narration, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the historical context in which the congress formulated strategies for national governance and deliberated on major revolutionary plans, offering a direct and tangible sense of the governing ethos from the revolutionary era: making science-based decisions and remaining pragmatically committed to serving the people.

(5) Yeping Revolutionary Site Complex

The Yeping Revolutionary Site Complex holds precious memories from the early days of the Central Revolutionary Base. Beneath the lush, ancient camphor trees, everyone listened to stories of how revolutionary pioneers formed the Red Army and carried out the agrarian revolution here. Beside the level Red Army training ground, one could almost envision the soldiers of that time training diligently to defend their homeland. Historic sites such as the former Central Workers' and Peasants' Democratic Government (adapted from the Xie Clan Ancestral Hall), the Red Army Reviewing Stand, and the Martyrs' Memorial Pagoda—each is inscribed with profound history, giving everyone a more concrete and deeper understanding of the essence of the red spirit.

3. Sharing and Summary Session

History illuminates the future; insights consolidate strength. While the warmth of the red history tour still lingered, the sharing and summary session commenced at 16:00 as scheduled. At the meeting, Vice General Manager Li Jing delivered an insightful presentation titled "Leadership and Execution." By integrating the lessons of red history with company management practices, she drew nourishing insights from the red spirit, offering new perspectives on enhancing team leadership and strengthening execution effectiveness.

Outstanding Employee Representative Han Jindong then shared on the theme of "Personal Growth Journey within the Company." He recounted his own professional transformation and reflections, and by connecting them with the insights gained during the red history tour, he expressed his determination to excel in his role and strive for excellence.

Chairman Zeng Weijie emphasized in his concluding remarks that this red history tour was not only a reflection on the past but also a tempering of the spirit. He expressed hope that all Liangjingjing members would internalize the red spirit and translate it into action, transforming their insights into a powerful driving force for work. He encouraged everyone to engage in future tasks with even greater passion and a more pragmatic approach. The sincere sharing and profound reflections sustained a warm and elevated atmosphere, further strengthening the team's cohesion.

4. Year-End Work Summary Reports

On January 2, 2026, as the team-building journey entered its final phase, all departments focused on their key tasks and systematically delivered year-end work summary reports. Department heads provided detailed presentations covering annual achievements, existing challenges, and future plans. Through candid exchanges, they clarified work approaches, and through in-depth discussions, they converged on development priorities. Everyone expressed that this red-themed team-building experience would serve as a new starting point. They committed to enhancing inter-departmental collaboration, addressing weaknesses, and driving all aspects of Liangjingjing's work to a higher level through more efficient cooperation and more robust measures.

The three-day red team-building journey has drawn to a successful close. This trip not only allowed all members to revisit red history and carry forward the red spirit but also enhanced communication and trust within the team, consolidating a united force for progress. Looking ahead, all members of Liangjingjing will take the revolutionary pioneers as their exemplars, holding fast to their original aspiration and embracing their mission. They will transform the red spirit into a driving force for overcoming challenges and forging ahead with determination. Together, side by side, they will write a new chapter in the company's high-quality development!
