Exchanging Ideas and Learning Together, Advancing Hand in Hand — A Visit by Students from EMBA Class 9 of the School of Business at East China University of Science and Technology

On October 26, 2018, a delegation of 11 members—including Shen Jian, Zheng Xiaopeng, Cao Longjun, Wei Zhongying, Zhang Yong, Ouyang Qing, and Zhang Yuhanyu, all from EMBA Class 9 of the School of Business at East China University of Science and Technology—along with their accompanying family members, paid a visit to our company for an exchange. The delegation was warmly received by our Chairman Zeng Weijie, General Manager Zeng Junfeng, Sales Director Yan Dexia, Deputy General Manager Lu Xinyuan, and other company leaders.

Although autumn has deepened and the weather has turned cooler, this has done nothing to dampen everyone’s enthusiasm. Led by Chairman Zeng Weijie and accompanied by General Managers Zeng Junfeng, Lu Xinyuan, and Yan Dexia, the delegation visited our company’s production‑project construction site. With General Manager Zeng Junfeng providing a detailed briefing, the guests gained a basic understanding of the factory’s overall architectural layout. During the tour of the production workshops, they closely examined the on‑site construction processes and engaged in in‑depth discussions with our management team, exchanging insights on construction techniques, safety measures, and related matters. The visitors expressed strong approval of the project’s construction standards, while General Manager Zeng Junfeng’s meticulous and responsible approach to project management earned unanimous praise.

Under the chairmanship of Chairman Zeng Weijie, an exchange and learning symposium was held in our company’s conference room. Following Chairman Zeng’s overview of the company’s project portfolio, core team, development trajectory, and corporate culture, the visiting guests engaged in discussions with our leadership, sharing their interests and raising pertinent questions. Chairman Zeng and General Manager Zeng addressed each query in turn, fostering a warm and collaborative atmosphere that sparked a lively round of dialogue. The guests expressed strong appreciation for our company’s operating model and development philosophy.

Even amidst a busy work schedule, it’s important to unwind and recharge. Led by Chairman Zeng, the EMBA Class 9 embarked on a visit to Heping Ancient Town in Shaowu, where they immersed themselves in its time-honored history and rich cultural heritage, while savoring the local cuisine. Guests remarked that, amid their hectic routines, an occasional escape into nature offers a much-needed respite for both body and mind.

This exchange and learning session has deepened the bonds of camaraderie among the students of EMBA Class 9. Participants shared their insights and experiences in work and management, further broadening their perspectives and fostering the sharing of resources, thereby advancing our collective growth. Yet, as is often the case, cherished moments pass all too quickly; after a brief reunion, we must part ways. We look forward to our next gathering, where we can continue to deepen our exchanges and learning.
