In order to carry forward the revolutionary legacy, strengthen ideological foundations, and conduct high-quality Party discipline education, the Party members and probationary Party members of Liangjingjing Party Branch, under the leadership of the Branch Secretary, visited the Northern Fujian Revolutionary History Memorial Hall for a thematic study tour on November 19, 2025.

As we quietly entered the gates of the Northern Fujian Revolutionary History Memorial Hall, the noise of the bustling city faded away. The soft, solemn light inside the exhibition hall fell upon yellowed photographs, rusted firearms, worn clothing, and faded manuscripts… Each artifact stood in silence, as if whispering tales of stirring revolutionary years. This place is not only a condensed history of Northern Fujian’s revolutionary journey but also a spiritual hall built with the fervor and sacrifices of countless martyrs. It is a moral and ideological landmark where we reflect on our original aspirations and draw strength.

Each Historical Photo Embodies the Hue of Heroism

In the portrait exhibition area, rows of young faces came into view. Some still bore traces of youth yet had already shouldered the weight of national liberation; others wore resolute smiles, their eyes gleaming with unwavering belief in the revolutionary cause. The guide softly recounted their stories: there were Red Army commanders who led charges and died heroically in battle, underground operatives who risked their lives to deliver intelligence to guerrilla forces, and steadfast civilians who chose death over betraying their convictions… Without earth-shattering proclamations, they embodied the essence of "serving the people" through their simplest, yet most profound, actions.

Remembering History, Keeping Our Mission in Mind; Honoring the Martyrs, Embracing Our Responsibility

We remember history to march forward with greater purpose; we honor the martyrs to shoulder the mission entrusted to us. On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects, we must look to the martyrs as exemplars, strengthen our ideals and convictions, remain true to our original aspiration, and transform our reverence for the heroes into a powerful drive for action and achievement. We must base ourselves on our posts, demonstrate courage in taking responsibility, and be willing to contribute — fulfilling the pledge, “The Party can rest assured, the nation’s strength depends on me,” through concrete actions. By carrying forward the revolutionary spirit, we will ensure that the legacy of the martyrs shines even brighter in the new era, as we strive unremittingly for the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
