Dear friends, 2018 has already passed, marked by a busy yet fulfilling year of hard work. 2019 As the old year draws to a close and the new year ushers in fresh beginnings, on the occasion of this seasonal transition, I would like to extend, on behalf of Liangjingjing New Materials, our sincerest gratitude to all employees and their families.

2018 was a pivotal year for the company’s development. Throughout the year, we rose to every challenge, pressed forward with determination, and each of us contributed our utmost to the construction of the company’s base. Your dedication has been plain for all to see, and your hard work has been instrumental in creating an even more outstanding Lianjingjing. On this occasion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude once again: 2018 Everyone, thank you for your hard work this year!

In 2019, with the company’s launch into production, we will mark the true beginning of our bright journey. As the company’s leader, I am fully confident that we have a promising future ahead. A brighter tomorrow is, without a doubt, forged through hard work and determination!

In the new year, there is much ahead of us. On the production side, we will establish and refine all relevant policies and procedures, ensure the smooth commissioning of our production base, and maintain safe, stable operations. On the technology front, we will build a robust R&D and application team, steadfastly uphold our mission as a cost‑effective emulsion supplier, and rigorously pursue a product‑customization strategy. On the sales front, we must continue to strengthen our sales force; while consolidating our existing customer base, we will also begin to make inroads into each of our planned downstream markets. Against the backdrop of a global economic downturn and increasingly fierce, cutthroat competition, there is no room for even the slightest pause—only by giving our all can we pave the way for a brighter future.

In the new year, I will steadfastly uphold the company’s core values: unity, innovation, and shared success. At our Shanghai office, we will implement a business-unit operating model, which will serve as a pilot for our broader divisional structure and be gradually rolled out across other departments. Our motto will not remain mere words—we will ensure it is put into action. Every employee is striving for the company, and every employee is also striving for themselves—this is the guiding principle that the company must resolutely champion.
