As the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, to preserve traditional culture and enhance employee cohesion, our company meticulously organized a vibrant "Bobbing" event on October 4. A total of 250 employees gathered in joyful celebration, sharing the festive happiness amid laughter and cheers.

During the preparation phase, the administrative team made detailed arrangements guided by the principle of "wholehearted participation and shared joy." The 250 employees were thoughtfully divided into 25 tables, with 10 participants each, ensuring everyone could fully engage in the experience. Each table was also stocked with a diverse array of practical household prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement and anticipation to the traditional dice game.

Before the event officially began, a representative from the labor union took the stage to address all employees. She extended sincere Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to everyone, acknowledging their hard work and dedication in recent times. She also emphasized that the "Bobbing" activity was not only a preservation of Southern Fujian's traditional culture but also a reflection of the company's care for its staff. The manager of the General Affairs Department then took the stage to explain the rules of the game. He detailed the tiered prize system—"Yixiu, Erju, Sijin, Sanhong, Duitang, Zhuangyuan"—breaking down the specific dice combinations required to win each level. He also clarified special awards like "Zhuangyuan with Golden Flowers" and "Five Successful Sons," ensuring every participant understood the rules and could engage with confidence.

With the rules clearly explained, the activity officially began. The crisp sound of dice clinking against porcelain bowls echoed throughout the venue as each table quickly buzzed with excitement.
