1. As the year draws to a close, we bid farewell to the old and set sail with our original aspirations.
At 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2025, the team-building kickoff meeting commenced punctually. Company General Manager Zeng Junfeng delivered the opening address and summarized the company’s performance for 2025. Guided by the docent, they toured each exhibition area one by one, listening intently to the heroic deeds of every martyr: young soldiers who charged into battle and stained the fields with their blood; underground operatives who concealed their identities to carry vital intelligence; and grassroots revolutionaries who took root in the Soviet areas, dedicating themselves quietly to the cause. Beneath the lush, ancient camphor trees, visitors listen to the stories of how revolutionary pioneers here organized Red Army units and launched the land revolution. The story unfolds: beside the neatly leveled training ground of the Red Army, one can almost see the figures of soldiers from those years, diligently training to defend their homeland. The Xie Clan Ancestral Hall has been transformed into the Central Workers’ and Peasants’ Democratic Government. The former government headquarters, the Red Army reviewing stand, the Martyrs’ Memorial Tower, and other historical sites—each bears the weight of history, deepening our understanding of the profound meaning of the revolutionary spirit.






3. Sharing and Summary Meeting

During the meeting, Deputy General Manager Li Jing delivered an insightful presentation on “Leadership and Execution,” drawing on both revolutionary history and the company’s management practices.
