As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, in order to carry forward traditional culture and strengthen team cohesion, our company meticulously organized a lively Mid-Autumn “Bo Bing” event on October 4. A total of 250 employees gathered together, sharing the joy of the festival amid laughter and merriment.

During the event’s preparation phase, the administrative team meticulously planned and organized in advance, adhering to the principle of “full participation and shared joy.” They divided the 250 employees into 25 tables of 10 each, ensuring that every staff member could fully engage. At the same time, each table was thoughtfully equipped with a wide array of prizes, ranging from practical household items to an impressive assortment, adding an extra layer of anticipation for meaningful takeaways alongside the fun of bo bing.

Before the event officially got underway, a union representative took to the stage to address the audience. She extended heartfelt Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to all employees, reflected on everyone’s hard work over the past period, and emphasized that the “bo bing” game not only preserves the traditional folk customs of southern Fujian but also underscores the company’s care for its staff. She encouraged everyone to relax, unwind, and strengthen camaraderie in a lighthearted atmosphere, before formally declaring the event open, prompting enthusiastic applause from the crowd.

Immediately afterward, the General Affairs Manager took charge of explaining the event’s rules to the entire audience. Drawing on the tiered system of “One Show, Two Raises, Four Advances, Three Reds, Pairing in the Hall, and Top Scholar,” he systematically broke down the dice‑combination requirements and the corresponding prize‑winning criteria, as well as the scoring methods for special awards such as “Top Scholar with Golden Flower” and “Five Sons Passing the Imperial Exams.” This ensured that every participant could fully understand the rules and take part with ease.

With the rules now fully explained, the event officially got underway. The crisp sound of dice clinking against porcelain bowls echoed from table to table, quickly drawing everyone into an exhilarating atmosphere. Gathered around, participants held their dice in hand, their eyes focused yet brimming with anticipation; each roll was met with waves of cheers and applause.

Some employees struck it lucky, hitting one winning streak after another, drawing envious glances from their desk mates; others savored the process with each try, teasing and joking with one another, filling the room with nonstop laughter.

After several rounds of thrilling competition, each table gradually crowned its “top scorer.” The winners, holding their coveted prizes, beamed with happiness and joy, while even those who didn’t hit the jackpot took home commemorative gifts, leaving equally satisfied.

This Mid-Autumn Festival dice‑rolling event not only allowed employees to experience the unique charm of traditional Minnan folk customs firsthand, but also fostered closer bonds through interactive exchanges, strengthening their sense of team belonging and cohesion.

Looking ahead, the company will continue to uphold its people‑centric philosophy, organize a wider array of vibrant cultural activities, and foster a warm, harmonious work environment for all employees. Together, we will move forward hand in hand to build a brighter future!
