The sparkling one in my memory

　　The high-speed train roared as it wound its way through towering mountains. Around 6:30 p.m., it arrived safely at Nanping Station in Fujian Province. With the caring support of the chairman and the general manager, a vehicle had already been arranged to wait at the station entrance, fulfilling the chairman’s long-cherished wish after seven years.

　　Huang Junjie, who was driving, took me to a restaurant for a quick meal. I polished off the delicious dishes in no time, and then he led me back to the dormitory. At first, I thought we’d be staying at a hotel, but when we arrived, I realized the dorm had already been arranged for us—a two-bedroom, one-living-room unit, clean and tidy, complete with wardrobes, a kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom, a water heater, air conditioning, and every essential piece of bedding. My heart swelled with warmth—nothing but heartfelt gratitude.

　　The next day, I reported to the factory, and Manager Wang from the General Affairs Department guided me through the onboarding procedures. Around eleven o’clock, Team Leader Wang Xiaonan picked me up and took me to the Quality Inspection Department. Aside from the safety shoes feeling a bit tight, everything else was quite good. Team Leader Xiaonan is both enthusiastic and patient, patiently explaining various specifications, test data, and the proper inspection procedures. Many colleagues asked whether I was getting used to things and if it was too hard, which made me feel really warm inside. Three days later, the plant’s management assigned me to the nitrile glove laboratory to work on glove production and testing. I’ve now largely become familiar with the lab’s workflow.

　　As a young and emerging company, we pay meticulous attention to every aspect of our employees’ compensation, benefits, and overall well-being. I am truly proud and honored to be part of Fujian Liangjingjing New Materials.

　　The company has provided us with an excellent platform—why wouldn’t we work hard?

　　To put it in simple terms, Liangjingjing is like a big pot: each of us holds a rice bowl. Whatever’s in Liangjingjing’s pot is also in our bowls; if there’s nothing left to scoop out of the pot, then there’ll be nothing in our bowls either.

　　Our factory’s guiding principle is “unity, co‑creation, and shared prosperity.” In my view, “unity” means working as one—leaders and employees united in purpose; “co‑creation” signifies that we all contribute together to build something new; and “shared prosperity” means that everyone reaps the rewards of our collective efforts. As the saying goes, “A woman adorns herself for the one who delights her, and a man would die for the one who understands him.”

　　We hope that all our colleagues will join forces, work in unison, and unite in spirit and purpose to make Liangjingjing a leading enterprise in our industry.
