To the beloved family of Liangjingjing New Materials and our esteemed friends, you are the radiant stars in the night sky; you are the brilliant sunrise of the morning. 。 We came to know one another, grew to understand each other, and gathered together because of shared dreams and common aspirations. We encourage, support, care for, rely on, and trust one another; we share in honor and disgrace, advancing and retreating as one!

We uphold Our core values of “Unity,” “Innovation,” and “Shared Success” will guide us as we join forces to write a new chapter in 2020.

We have seen off 2019. It was a year of heartfelt emotion and a year of fruitful achievements.

Throughout this year, we have worked diligently to strengthen our internal capabilities, continuously learning and exploring, embracing trial and error to accumulate experience, and refining our practices through systematic reflection—proof that the bright and dedicated team at Xincai is turning our dreams into reality. During the company’s construction, installation, and commissioning phases, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. It is thanks to your tireless overtime, selfless dedication without regard for personal gain, and round-the-clock efforts that the company has been able to… On August 13, 2019, we officially commenced operations—a day to be proud of. This base marks the starting point of our journey, but it is by no means the end. That very day rewrote the story of “Liangjingjing New Materials”; on that day, we spread our wings and took flight; on that day, we embarked on a new chapter. I am confident that, with the dedication of every member of our team, we will become creators, stewards, and stakeholders who share in the enterprise’s success.

In 2019, we achieved remarkable results—results that fill us with joy and point to a bright future. Our products serve an exceptionally broad range of applications, and the market potential is immense. Our dreams and our goals are real; they reside in our hearts and in our hands. But realizing them demands unwavering perseverance, a character forged through relentless effort, and an unshakable resolve to never give up. With steadfast determination, we will see our vision come to fruition. The accomplishments of 2019 are but a starting point. In 2020, we are launching a full‑scale offensive, sounding the clarion call to meet our year‑long objectives. We have the confidence, the capability, and the obligation to deliver. As the saying goes, “To row against the current is to move forward; once the bow is drawn, there is no turning back.” We have no room for retreat—we must press ahead!

And please trust that, as we move forward, we will continually refine and improve our policies, ensuring they safeguard the company’s growth while effectively protecting both the company’s interests and the well‑being of every employee.

For each of us, we must work diligently at our own posts. Believe in yourself and give your best effort.
