During the Spring Festival, even as people were still basking in the festive cheer, several projects and enterprises in our city had already sounded the call to resume work, striving with all their might to secure a strong start to the first quarter.
In Shaowu City, during the Spring Festival, 24 enterprises chose to stay on the production front lines, seizing market opportunities with a commitment to “no work stoppages, no production halts.” At FUJIAN LIANJINGJING TECHNOLOGYCO.,LTD, the production workshops buzzed with the roar of machinery. The company, aiming to “ensure quality, maintain output, and deliver on time,” implemented a rotating shift system to keep its production lines running continuously.

Fujian Green Jintang Bio‑New Materials Co., Ltd. is also seizing production opportunities. Affected by domestic and international orders, the company is facing tight inventory levels and has kept its operations running throughout the Spring Festival to ensure a steady supply to the market.

“Before the New Year, we received a large number of orders from both domestic and international markets, so we decided at short notice to keep production running throughout the holiday period. During this peak‑season production stretch, our output will be around 150 tons, with a value exceeding RMB 10 million. Many of our employees—some from out of town—have chosen to stay on site and hold their posts to ensure uninterrupted operations.”

Our target for 2026 is to achieve an output value of 500 million yuan and fully fulfill all our orders.” From the overall shift schedule to each of our workshop on-duty staff, we’ve made all the necessary preparations and implemented a rotating shift system. In addition to triple pay, we also provide bonuses for those on duty, year-end red envelopes, and even a “lucky start” bonus, ensuring they can work happily during the Lunar New Year holiday.
To ensure the smooth and orderly continuation of production during the Spring Festival, the company has established a comprehensive, multi‑tiered production‑support system—aiming to maintain product quality, output levels, and timely delivery. This system covers everything from raw‑material stockpiling and production scheduling to workforce‑safety measures and the meticulous implementation of relevant policies. During the holiday period, more than 130 employees remained on the front lines to keep production running.
