As the warm spring breeze brings renewal and all things come back to life, Liangjingjing successfully held its first team-building activity of 2026 on March 27. Colleagues headed to the Yunling Mountain scenic area, embarking on a journey centered on collaboration and joy.

Upon arriving at the team-building venue, a professional coach first led everyone through warm-up exercises. Simple stretches and interactive games quickly loosened up the group, broke the ice, and instantly enlivened the atmosphere. After the warm-up, the coach organized everyone into teams. Each group brainstormed to decide on a team name, design a slogan, and arrange a formation. Cheers echoed across the field, and neat formations radiated energy. Within just a few minutes, colleagues who were initially a bit unfamiliar quickly warmed to one another, and the team spirit was fully ignited, setting the stage for the upcoming fun games.

With a signal from the coach, two lively and engaging games officially began. The joyful atmosphere reached its peak, with cheers and shouts filling the air!

1. Fun Caterpillar Race: Synchronized Steps, Joyful Competition

As the first event of the day’s fun team-building activities, the “Caterpillar” race instantly ignited everyone’s enthusiasm. Team members straddled the brightly colored inflatable caterpillar, gripping the handles firmly, synchronizing their steps, and chanting “One, two! One, two!” as they charged toward the finish line. Some teams stumbled at first, their caterpillar spinning in place; others fell behind due to inconsistent pacing. But no one gave up. They quickly adjusted their rhythm, encouraged each other, and gradually found their coordination. On the field, no one fought alone—only side by side. Every step forward was met with cheers from teammates; every overtaking move drew rounds of applause. Joy and adrenaline intertwined, allowing everyone to find happiness in competition and strengthen bonds through collaboration.

2. Hen Laying Eggs Relay: Interactive Fun, Building Synergy

Unlike the Caterpillar race, the Hen Laying Eggs Relay was even more playful and competitive. The rules were simple yet challenging—each player had to hold a ping-pong ball between their legs, ensure it didn’t fall, and transport it to a basket at the finish line. After reaching the basket, they would turn back to tag the next teammate to continue the relay. The first team to have all members complete the course would win. As the whistle blew, players carefully moved forward with the ball between their legs, while teammates cheered and offered guidance. The handoffs were smooth and seamless. The whole process was both thrilling and joyful, offering everyone a chance to unwind while strengthening team bonds and deepening connections through collaboration.

3. Three-Legged Race: Synchronized Steps, Walking Together in Sync

The three-legged race is a classic challenge that tests the synergy between two individuals as well as team collaboration—and it served as the first real test of the day. Colleagues strapped their ankles together with binding straps. Some started off stumbling, out of sync, and nearly falling. But through trial and adjustment, leaning on one another, they gradually found their rhythm. Walking shoulder to shoulder, chanting in unison, they moved steadily toward the finish line. Those with a quicker pace intentionally slowed down to match their partners; those with better balance firmly supported teammates who were less steady, offering encouragement along the way.

This game offered a powerful reminder: in teamwork, only when we move in sync, trust each other, and support one another can we overcome obstacles and move forward together. Just as in the workplace, only when we share the same direction and work in seamless coordination can we efficiently complete tasks and tackle challenges.

4. Ball Passing on Tracks: Uniting Focus, Igniting Passion

Holding specially designed equipment, members of each team worked together to build three “dedicated passing tracks.” A small ball became the link connecting everyone—starting from the first person, it traveled slowly along the tracks built by the team, all the way to the finish. Throughout the game, every participant was fully focused and careful, eyes fixed on the ball moving along the track, fingers gently adjusting the angle of the equipment. Every successful pass was a testament to trust; every smooth collaboration lifted team morale. This exercise allowed everyone to fully experience the power of teamwork, and it ignited the passion and drive of all participants.

5. Passing the Hula Hoop: Aligned in Heart, Conquering Challenges Together

The Hula Hoop Passing activity tested the team’s overall rhythm and collaboration—it was the ultimate challenge of synchronicity. All team members stood in a tight circle, holding hands, and passed a single hula hoop from one person to the next, all the way around until it returned to the starting point. At first, everyone fumbled. Some didn’t know how to twist or bend; others passed too quickly, causing the hoop to get stuck. But after repeated attempts and adjustments, they gradually found their technique: the front player would bend sideways to pass the hoop smoothly to the next person, who had already prepared for a seamless transition. Every move fell into place. Throughout the process, teammates reminded and guided each other. No one was left behind, and no one gave up. Even after several missteps, they remained united and persisted until the very end.

When the last player successfully passed the hoop, the whole team erupted in cheers. At that moment, everyone deeply understood: the success of a team never comes from the extraordinary effort of one individual, but from a group of people moving forward together, aligned in heart and fighting side by side.

The joyful time of games passed quickly.
